At launch we're supporting Stripe, QuickBooks Online, and FreshBooks — the tools most freelancers and small agencies already use. We're building toward Xero, Wave, and HoneyBook next. If you're on something else, let us know when you join the waitlist and we'll prioritize accordingly.

Yes. Every email in the sequence is fully editable — subject line, body copy, signature, and tone. You can also adjust the timing between steps. Our defaults are optimized from real-world collection data, but it's your brand and your voice, so you have full control.

Dunning detects payment automatically through your connected invoicing platform and stops the sequence immediately. No awkward "please pay" email landing in their inbox after they already have. You'll get a notification confirming the payment was received.

No. Emails are sent from your domain with your name and signature. There's no "Sent via Dunning" branding. The tone is intentionally human — conversational early on, progressively more formal. That's the whole point.

We're planning a 14-day free trial on all plans at launch. Waitlist members will also get an extended trial as a thank you for being early. No credit card required to start.
